Take a raisn and soaked in a water.
Take a wok add moong dal and roast for till golden brown color and cool them.
Then take a rice add moong dal,red chilli and ginger paste mix well rub for your hands.(Rice and dal r not washed clean for kitchen towel).
Then take a heavy bottom vessel or wok then add ghee,ghee r hot add Whole masala saute for few minutes add dal rice and saute for 5 minutes .
After 5 minutes add salt and sugar and raisin.
Then add water and cooked .
Serve hot
